how to get more info on orphan works bills

Following the so-called orphan works legislation,H.R. 5889 and S. 2913, and/or taking action?

http://capwiz.com/illustratorspartnership/home/  is a great resource for information on the proposed legislation. They oppose the legislation and offer sample letters and talking points, including a suggestion as to how international artists should make their opinions known.
