The readers of American Style Magazine have once again voted our town as one of the top 25 arts destinations in the country. Eureka Springs is in the category of small cities, defined by having populations under 100,000. We certainly qualify on that count, we have just 2,200 in our Ozark Mountain hideaway. It is no surprise to me that this town should be a favorite with art collectors and cultural tourists. It is said we have about 600 artists! It is an honor to be included on the same list as Santa Fe, Taos, and Key West. Like those towns, we provide our visitors a unique experience filled with all forms of artistic expression. That’s just being hospitable. Life here is rich with all forms of art. After 6 years, I still feel lucky to be here every time I go out.
